Special school excels at sports

A SPECIALIST school have excelled in sports this year, taking part in countless sporting events across the country.
-
Tor View in Haslingden have been competing across Lancashire, Merseyside and Greater Manchester.
It started with the U14's Lancashire Tag Rugby SEN event where the team, which included some players who had never played rugby before winning the whole tournament.
This was quickly followed by the U14's football team winning the U14's Lancashire FA Ability Counts Football League for Lancashire Special Schools, which is based in Fleetwood and is made up of SEN school teams from all around Lancashire.
One pupil said after winning the league it was one of the best days of their life.
