Jack sets his sights on a rugby career

HAVING started playing rugby at just five years old, Jack Ashworth is hoping to land a contract with a professional team.
Jack, 15, from Whitworth Community High School, currently plays second row with Saddleworth Rangers U15s Rurby League team and has just returned from a week-long trip to Spain and France with the squad.
He said: "My dad got me into rugby and we did the sport at my primary school - St John with St Michael, Shawforth. I then joined Littleborough when I was eight."
