Passengers are all aboard the No.18 bus!
Portsmouth News
|November 21, 2025
Portsmouth's No.18 bus route is enjoying record growth, with passenger numbers climbing fast after major upgrades.
The service, between Paulsgrove and Southsea, was improved in April using funding from the Portsmouth Bus Service Improvement Plan.
Weekday buses now run every 20 minutes, and the route has been extended to Clarence Pier, Hovertravel and the Castle Road shopping area.
The changes have made it easier for people to reach the seafront and Southsea's independent shops.
