New café-bar prepares for opening day

A new café-bar is opening in Whiteley next week, breathing new life into the former Frankie & Benny’s site.

The Amparo Lounge was initially opening in July but will now welcome its first customers on Wednesday, June 17.
Donna Mudkins, general manager of Amparo Lounge, said: “With opening day now just around the corner, we’re delighted to be preparing to welcome the community into Amparo Lounge.
“The response already has been fantastic, and we can’t wait to welcome shoppers and locals in to make this their new favourite place for great food, drinks and a brilliant atmosphere.”
