|May 14, 2025
The relatives of three Tafelsig High pupils who have been selected to represent Northern District Schools Football (NDSF) at the Brebner High School soccer tournament in Bloemfontein in July, are appealing to the public for financial support to help get them there.
Kiyante Meintjies, 17, Cole Meintjies, 14, and Luciano Hendricks, 15, each need to raise R6 000 to cover their tour costs, which include accommodation, meals, team attire and transportation for the duration of the tournament, from Wednesday July 16 to Sunday July 20.
Josephine Meintjies said the boys' selection is a testament to their dedication and hard work.
