Tearoom staff raise £92.5k for hospice

Perth Sheriff Court tearoom volunteers have raised £92.5K for CHAS over the last 22 years.
The 2023 to 2025 figure was announced as the court's T Bar tearoom closed for the last time.
The Royal Voluntary Service which runs sheriff court tearooms is shutting them due to “a variety of circumstances.”
However, the efforts of Perth Sheriff Court volunteers were recognised by CHAS at a special celebration event.
Attendee CHAS community fundraiser Fiona Young thanked kind-hearted individuals for their part in raising vital funds for children with life-shortening conditions and their families over the years.
