Learners from some of Ward 73's most vulnerable households received a back-to-school boost last week after forty children were given fully stocked school bags ahead of the current academic year.

The handover formed part of the Decision Affects Destinies (DAD) Youth Mentorship Programme, an initiative supported by ward councillor Eddie Andrews in partnership with the Hillsong Africa Foundation. The programme is funded through a ward allocation grant.
