Public urged to park responsibly around Royal Alexandra Hospital

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde has issued advice to people driving to Paisley's Royal Alexandra Hospital (RAH) - and asked them to park responsibly.

The health board has issued the plea to those attending at the Corsebar Road site, as well as other NHSGGC hospitals such as the Royal Hospital for Children and Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow.

Bosses have also called on drivers to take public transport where possible to alleviate the "challenging" conditions.

An NHSGGC spokesperson said: "Parking at our sites can be challenging at times, so we would always suggest that people make use of the public transport that serves our sites.
