Plans to build two blocks of flats and a shop on land in Johnstone have been submitted to Renfrewshire Council for consideration.
Architects have unveiled proposals for 30 one-bedroom homes, a retail unit and parking at a site located in the town's Macdowall Street.
The bid for planning permission has been presented by Wilson Architects on behalf of property company Aslam Developments.
It comes as a previous application for 14 flats and a shop on part of the site was withdrawn in December 2025.
