Teen killed by friend over mobile phone

In a shocking case of violence stemming from a petty dispute, a 14-year-old boy was allegedly killed by his friend over a mobile phone at Raighati village under Soso police limits in Keonjhar district, police said Thursday.
The deceased identified as Gusa Purty, 14, son of Silai Purty, was reportedly killed Sunday, and his decomposed body was recovered four days later from a nearby forest about 2 km from the village Thursday. Police detained the accused Kundia and interrogated him.
