OSA superintendent Sheikh Soleman Ali urged every citizen to embrace the role of an archivist and extended his greetings to archivists around the world on the occasion
To mark International Archives Day, the Odisha State Archives (OSA), with support from the Odia Language, Literature & Culture department, organised a seminar and awareness activities at the OSA office Monday, stressing the importance of preserving archival records for future generations.
The event was attended by former chief archivist and general manager of the Reserve Bank of India Archives in Pune, Rajib Lochan Sahoo as the chief guest.
