Morning walk & regular exercise: A daily routine of 30-45 minutes of brisk walking, yoga, cycling, or light exercise strengthens the heart and improves circulation.

Eat healthy, avoid junk: Oily, fried, and processed foods raise cholesterol and block arteries. A balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins supports heart health.

Stress management: Stress silently damages the heart. Meditation, relaxation techniques, hobbies, and family time help reduce stress and protect cardiac health.
