Guv expresses concern over college affairs

West Bengal Governor CV Ananda Bose Sunday expressed concern over the “disturbing reports” regarding the state of affairs at the South Calcutta Law College, where a first-year student was allegedly gangraped by an alumnus and two of her seniors recently.
Bose is also the chancellor of the Calcutta University to which the institute was affiliated.
