BMC installs durable road shade at AG Square

In a move aimed at improving commuter comfort and addressing recurring weather-related damage, the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) has installed a permanent, weather-resistant road shade at the AG traffic junction in the City.
The newly-constructed structure, made with high-quality tensile fabric, stretches from AG Square to the Capital Hospital road. The initiative follows the repeated failure of previously installed temporary sheds that were unable to withstand the region's harsh summer conditions and frequent nor'wester storms.
