Retail park's EV charging points switched off by city council 'due to faults'

ELECTRIC vehicle charging points at a Nottingham retail park have been switched off "without notice" as a new supplier is sought.

The PodPoint EV chargers run by Nottingham City Council at Clifton Triangle Retail Park have recently been turned off due to faults, the authority explained.
A new supplier for the charges is now being sought, the council added, with negotiations due to conclude “soon". Mark Owen, who has been using the facilities for years, said the 10 charging points at Clifton Triangle have been neglected.
