Problem with hot water supply delays opening of £105m rehab centre

CUTTING-EDGE NHS FACILITY WAS DUE TO BE LAUNCHED LAST WEEK
A NEW £105m Nottinghamshire million NHS facility intended to start a "new era" in healthcare has been delayed by a problem with its hot water system.
The 70-bed National Rehabilitation Centre (NRC), which will help people recover from serious injuries and illnesses from its new building on the Stanford Hall Estate near East Leake, was due to welcome its first patients on November 11.
However, future operator Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH) announced that yesterday its opening had been pushed back until some time in the new year.
