QUICKLY moving on from the “sadness” of Sunday's FA Cup semi-final defeat will be key for Nottingham Forest.
Head coach Nuno Espirito Santo (pictured) knows the Reds cannot dwell on their 2-0 loss to Manchester City at Wembley as they still have much to fight for in the Premier League.
Goals from Rico Lewis and Josko Gvardiol proved decisive in the capital, with Forest left to rue a number of missed chances in the second half.
However, they still have the opportunity to achieve something special this season as Champions League qualification is within their grasp.
