Offices to be turned into a £25m flats complex

PLANS to transform a former Experian office building into 118 one-bedroom and studio apartments have been approved.

Riverleen House, Electric Avenue, in Nottingham’s business park, will be redeveloped for residential use by ALB Group at a cost of £25 million.
ALB acquired the site, which an estate agent had marketed for £7.5 million, for an undisclosed sum and submitted its plans in June. The first residents are expected to move in by the end of 2026.
