Maynard sure that Notts can get back to their best form

NOTTS County have not been in promotion form recently but they are still within grasp of their target as they look to get back to winning ways away to Newport County today.

Stuart Maynard picked up his first win as Magpies boss at Rodney Parade just over 13 months ago and now his side head back there looking to keep the pressure on the current League Two top three.

Only two wins in the last nine heading into the weekend have Notts searching for solutions to problems that have affected their ability to get results.

However, the promotion race remains open and several teams around them are also faltering.

Maynard is happy with the performances despite the recent run of results and believes it is only a matter of time before things fall into place again.
