Killer Calocane wanted a key role in attacks probe

NOTTINGHAM attacks killer Valdo Calocane wanted to be part of the inquiry examining his own brutal stabbing spree, it has been revealed.

Calocane killed Barnaby Webber, Grace O’Malley-Kumar, both 19, and 65-year-old school caretaker Ian Coates on June 13, 2023.

The then 31-year-old stabbed the two University of Nottingham students to death on Ilkeston Road, just minutes away from their student accommodation, before attacking Mr Coates in Magdala Road.
