Green light for warehouse to be converted into ‘affordable’ gym

PLANS for a new gym in a former Nottingham warehouse have been approved by Nottingham City Council.

The go-ahead has been given for Phyisque Evolution Limited to take over Almor Limited, a former warehouse on Daleside Road in Sneinton.
The warehouse is part of a group of large industrial buildings on site previously owned by Almor Limited, a fabric and thermal factory, which closed down in 2022.
The buildings are all currently vacant, planning documents say.
The warehouse will be transformed into a fully-functional gym with a weights section, cardio zone, boxing and MMA area along with other facilities.
