STRIKER IS HAPPY WITH FORM AFTER LATE START TO SEASON
ALASSANA Jatta has started to look back to his best and his brace against Cambridge United on Saturday powered Notts County to another home win.
Following on from his goal in the 2-2 draw away against Swindon Town in midweek, the Gambian striker was ruthless with few opportunities against the U's as the Magpies fought against the visitors' low block and eventually found the breakthrough.
Saturday's double took Jatta to five League goals in only eight starts after coming back from a suspension and an injury that delayed his start to the campaign.
The 26-year-old was pleased to end a three-game week with a big contribution as Notts continued their strong form at Meadow Lane.
