Four kittens found dead in crate died of starvation - RSPCA

THE RSPCA has issued a warning after four kittens were found dead in a metal carrier "dumped" in a Nottingham suburb.

The charity, which works to prevent cruelty to animals and pets, says the 'distressing discovery' was made outside Colwick Woods Court Flats in Sneinton.

The four black and white kittens, believed to be aged about eight weeks-old, were spotted by a member of the public on Wednesday, July 23 - however it is understood they could have been left the day before.
