SOME Nottingham Forest season ticket holders are being permanently relocated as preparations continue for expanding the City Ground.

Forest season ticket holders facing move to new seats

The Reds finally received planning permission from Rushcliffe Borough Council to redevelop the Peter Taylor Stand in June, which would boost the ground's capacity from 30,000 to 35,000.

Last week, Forest told the council they also intend to fill in the corners of the Trent End Stand, boosting capacity significantly to 43,000-45,000, under the wider plans.

On Thursday, season ticket holders who sit in the Trent End Lower stand learned they would be relocated for the rest of the season and beyond.

The supporters were told by the club they will be moved to another part of the stadium ahead of the next fixture at home to Chelsea on Saturday, October 18.
