A NOTTINGHAM pub has launched an initiative in the hopes of keeping young people safe following a stabbing close to a tram stop.

The incident saw a 16-year-old boy suffering stab wounds, with two boys, aged 14 and 16, arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
The assault took place along a footpath close to the Highbury Vale tram stop in Basford on Tuesday evening.
