'Drunken thug' banned from all pubs in England and Wales after assault

A "DRUNKEN thug" has been banned from every pub in the country after launching an unprovoked assault which left a man needing reconstructive surgery.

Paul Ormond, of Carolgate, Retford, carried out the "vicious attack" in the Turks Head pub after a day of drinking.
The 38-year-old assaulted the man in the Retford pub following an argument at around 10.40pm on Saturday, July 6, punching the victim in the head.
It left him with serious facial fractures to his eye, nose and cheeks which required multiple surgeries and plates in his face.
