SUSPENDED JAIL TERM FOR 'UNACCEPTABLE' ACTIONS
A DAD burgled the home of a friend who owed him £50 before exposing himself to a police detention officer.
Nottingham Crown Court heard how Oliwer Kempczynski also threw a hot cup of coffee over a different officer while in the cells after he was arrested.
The 50-year-old trained butcher, of Radford, admitted all of the offences saying he committed the ones at the police station “out of frustration”.
Now he has two years to stay out of trouble or risk being sent to jail.
Imposing a 21-month prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, Recorder Frank Feehan KC said: “No matter what the excuse was, you broke into the house of someone you thought of as a friend, left his room in disarray and stole money that he undoubtedly needed then used his bank card for your own purposes.
“Even if it is right he owed you £50, your actions were unacceptable.
