THE Zutons, a Liverpudlian indie band that formed in 2002, separated in 2009, but re-formed in 2018 came to Rock City on Monday night to celebrate the release of their fourth studio album in 16 years, The Big Decider.
The band showcased six new songs from the record - produced by Nile Rodgers and Ian Broudie - which went down a storm.
Frontman Dave McCabe, saxophonist Abi Harding and keyboard player Neil Bradley opened with Zuton Fever from their Mercury-nominated debut album, Who Killed...The Zutons? with its glorious guitar-jangling melodies.
