A RAGING driver launched a violent attack on a terrified female motorist.

Cocaine-fuelled Thomas Rowe, 33, stormed out of his car and kicked the terrified woman in the head twice, a court heard.
He drove off at speed through South Molton and police later found him at allotments nearby.
Homeless Rowe has a history of violence and bad driving, Exeter Magistrates' Court was told.
He admitted assault by beating, drug driving, driving whilst disqualified and failing to attend court. The district judge jailed him for seven weeks.
