Nodwin Gaming to acquire Comic Con India for 55 cr

Nazara Technologies-owned gaming company Nodwin Gaming said on Wednesday that it's acquiring Comic Con India, which hosts popular cultural festivals, for 55 crore.

The Gurugram-based esports and gaming company will acquire a 100% stake in Comic Con India through a combination of cash and share swap, from its founders Jatin Varma and Karan Kalra. Nodwin Gaming will pay 27.45 in cash and the remainder ₹27.55 crore through a share swap for the acquisition.
Comic Con India was founded in 2011. The company organizes various festivals across India, in segments like comics, cosplay movies, TV shows, merch, and gaming.
