No explanation was initially provided for Klaus Schwab's sudden resignation Monday
The World Economic Forum (WEF) confirmed Wednesday that it has launched an investigation into allegations made against its founder Klaus Schwab that reportedly prompted his resignation this week.

Schwab denies the claims, the paper added.
