Wow! Momo cooks a new fundraising plan

Wow Momo Foods Pvt. Ltd, the operator of quick-service restaurant chain Wow! Momo, is looking to hit the road to raise a new round of equity funding, two people aware of the development told VCCircle.
The company, which counts New York-based Tiger Global and Malaysian sovereign wealth fund Khazanah Nasional Berhad among its investors, is planning to raise $40 million to $50 million (about ₹347-434 crore) and may hire a banker soon to formalize the process, the people said.
The company may initiate the process within a month or by April and intends to wrap up the exercise by September-October, the people said, asking not to be identified.
