Kedaara raises funds for first CV for assets

Kedaara Capital Investment Management Ltd, one of India’s largest local private equity firms, has closed its first continuation vehicle (CV) at $300 million, people familiar with the matter said.

The Mumbai-based alternative asset manager, which has more than $6 billion of assets under management, is transferring partial stakes in eyewear listing-bound business Lenskart Solutions Ltd and Care Health Insurance Ltd to the new vehicle, the people said, requesting not to be named because the matter is private.
