Now, they are chasing India’s office boom.From Kartik Aaryan and Saif Ali khan to Hrithik Roshan and Kajol, film stars and their family members are buying and selling commercial properties in Mumbai, as well as leasing out space to companies. However, unlike the ₹100-crore homes that celebrities typically purchase, their office investments are smaller spaces, often located in standalone buildings in suburban areas of the financial capital.
