NEW DELHI: A day after leaving the Patparganj seat held by him since 2013, AAP leader Manish Sisodia on Tuesday launched his election campaign by attending a 'Hanuman Chalisa' recital with local residents in his new constituency Jangpura.
The former deputy chief minister of Delhi has in the past claimed himself to be a devout "Hanuman bhakt".
AAP has replaced Sisodia with coaching expert Avadh Ojha, who recently joined the party, from the Patparganj constituency. Sisodia said he received a lot of love from the people as the education minister and deputy chief minister.
