PE inflow in Indian real estate drops 15% in July-Sept to $819 mn: Anarock

NEW DELHI: Private equity (PE) investments in Indian real estate fell 15 per cent year-on-year to $819 million during July-September 2025 amid global economic uncertainties, property consultant Anarock said.

In the same period last year, inflows stood at $967 million.

During the first half of FY26, PE investments declined to $2.2 billion from $2.6 billion a year earlier, according to data from Anarock Capital. Foreign capital accounted for 73 per cent of total investments in this period.
