Responding cop shot dead in Danao City

A policeman was fatally shot while responding to an armed person alarm in Danao City, northern Cebu province at noon Friday, June 27.
Police Patrolman Mark Gomer Ornopia Sr., an operative of the Danao City Police Station, died due to a bullet wound in the head.
The victim was detailed in a regional trial court in Barangay Poblacion.
