PBBM, Isko, open new health, housing facilities in Manila

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. and Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso unveiled a series of major health and housing facilities in the city on Thursday, Nov. 27, highlighting Manila's rapid expansion of public services through new laboratories, clinics, hospitals, and in-city housing projects.

Manila Public Health Laboratory

Domagoso showed the president the newly built Manila Public Health Laboratory on Quiricada St., Sta. Cruz.

The four-story facility serves as the city's central laboratory for disease testing, drug testing, and various clinical examinations.

Domagoso said the city continues to work hard to meet the minimum basic needs, stressing that improving facilities is essential to providing quality health services for Manileños.

Felina Lanuza Health Center

After the inauguration of the San Lazaro Residences, Domagoso also toured the President inside the Felina Lanuza Health Center, located on the ground floor of the housing complex.
