Megaworld builds new lifestyle hubs

Top town- ship de- veloper Megaworld Corp. is expanding its commercial portfolio by more than 30,000 square me- ters (sqm) later this year in response to strong demand for premium commercial spaces in key growth areas, especially in its townships.

In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), the firm said its retail and commercial arm, Megaworld Lifestyle Malls, is set to open this year new malls and commercial projects at McKinley West in Taguig City, Makati City, Alabang West in Las Pifias City, and Boracay Newcoast in Aklan province.
These new retail developments will keep Megaworld firmly on track to meet its target of one million sqm of gross leasable area (GLA) by 2030.
