Hermilando Mandanas and wife Atty. Angelica Chua-Mandanas visited on Tuesday, May 6, the wake of Malia Kates Yuchen Masongsong, the four-year-old girl who was killed in the Ninoy Aquino International Airport crash involving a Sports Utility Vehicle on Sunday.
