"It's a different experience for me. So I'm a storyteller. It shouldn't matter whether you watch it on a big or a small screen. A good story is a good story. Ito namang mga kwento na ito ay talaga namang solid at ipinagmamalaki namin dahil pinaghirapan at binusisi. Ang nakakatakot dito ay hindi lang siya galing sa imagination. Nangyari ito sa totoong buhay at inspired by true events. (These stories are really solid, and we're proud of them because they were worked on and scrutinized. What's scary about this is that it's not just from imagination. It happened in real life and was inspired by true events," said Jessica during the media conference for the upcoming horror flick "KMJS' Gabi ng Lagim The Movie," held in Quezon City recently.

Jessica also revealed that, surprisingly, her greatest fear is not supernatural.

"Ang fear ko is yung downward spiral. Yung magtuloy-tuloy itong masamang situation sa ating lipunan at hind tayo makaahon. (My fear is the downward spiral. That this bad situation in our society will continue, and we won't be able to get out of it.)"

"Nakakatakot eh. Yung mga kurakot okay na sila eh. They can leave anytime dahil marami na silang nakurakot na yaman. (It's scary. The corrupt ones are okay. They can leave anytime because they've already stolen a lot of wealth.)"

"Paano naman tayo? Mga araw-araw nagsisikap na mabuhay sa ating bansa. Yun ang nakakatakot. (What about us? Those who try to survive every day in our country. That's what's scary.)"
