Former champions Rubilen Amit and Chezka Centeno edged out their respective veteran rivals to advance to the quarterfinals of the 2025 WPA Women's 10-Ball World Championship in Bali, Indonesia on Saturday, Oct. 11.
The 44-year-old Amit needed a little over three hours to outplay last year's European Pool 10-Ball champion Pia Filler of Germany, 4-1, 4-3, 4-2, to bolster her campaign of a historic third world title.
Locked at 2-all in the third, Amit came through with smart shots to claim the next two racks for the match win.
