JOSHUA Zirkzee felt United deserved more from their Europa League last-16 first leg tie with Real Sociedad than a draw after a penalty had gifted the La Liga side a route back into the game.

Zirkzee had given United the lead just before the hour mark and Ruben Amorim's side looked in total control at that point, but Bruno Fernandes was penalised for handball with 20 minutes to go and Mikel Oyarzabal scored from the spot to leave the tie in the balance ahead of the return at Old Trafford next week.
