The Institute of Retirement Funds Africa (IRFA) annual conference will be held from 24th-26th August this year under the theme of “Building Resilient Futures: Leading Change for a Lasting and Positive Impact.” This timely theme of the conference to be held at the Cape Town International Conference Centre underscores the urgent need for leadership, collaboration, and innovation in building a retirement ecosystem that not only safeguards individuals’ futures but actively contributes to Africa’s socioeconomic development.
