Restaurants shouldn't tip us off about rewarding staff

AS most of you know I spent a good few years working in the USA.

Trust me, there is no rift between hardworking people of the North or South.

Of course, they have different accents but they are all very welcoming and helpful.

That applies specifically in small-town America but corporate America is really another thing altogether.

These city people measure their success in dollars.

The more they have the greater they are and they want everyone to know it.
