£2m price tag for former silk mill with proud past

ONE of Macclesfield's historic buildings has gone on the market and could be yours - for £2million.

Grade II listed Albion Mill, on London Road, is up for sale with estate agent Northwood.

The building has planning permission for 30 flats with a mix of two-bed and three-bed properties as well as associated parking of 33 spaces.

A video to accompany the sale has been shot with images above and inside the mill, which is described as 'a rare piece of local history.
