Mum loses four stone in transformation by using tins of baked beans as weights

A MUM-of-two who used tins of beans to help her slim down has lost more than four stone in an incredible transformation. Jenny Macnay, from Droylsden, piled on the pounds during the year-long installation of her new kitchen in 2022.

Without appliances to cook properly, the work left her ordering takeaways multiple times a week while having biscuits and crisps for lunch. The 38-yearold tipped the scales at 16st 2lbs and was a dress size 20 when she decided to sign up to Slimming World in May 2022.

By following a diet plan, walking more and incorporating a tinned food workout into her day, the nursery officer managed to shed an incredible four stone.
