THEFTS MAY LEAD TO END OF CHARITY SHOP

Police want to speak to this woman regarding a theft from the Liverpool Dog Rescue charity shop in Walton on January 5

A CHARITY shop fears it could be forced to close as thieves continue to target its shelves.

Liverpool Dog Rescue has tried "everything" to stop people stealing from the shop, but even the installation of CCTV cameras hasn't stopped the threat to the County Road shop in Walton.

In the most recent incident, on January 5, staff were told a woman had just been seen "pinching" something from the charity shop by a customer who witnessed the incident.
