Moyes hails Grealish after Everton loan star is inspiration for thrilling win at Wolves
DAVID MOYES conceded Jack Grealish is even better than he realised after the Manchester City loanee delivered another stunning display.
The 29-year-old provided two more assists - taking him to four for the season - as he guided Everton to a 3-2 win at Wolves. He linked up with Iliman Ndiaye and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall to devastating effect and ended the afternoon engulfed by supporters in the away end as they celebrated a welcome away win with their new hero.
After the match, Moyes refused to take any credit for the rejuvenation of a player who had fallen away from the plans of Pep Guardiola and spent the summer searching for a new home. It has taken him barely a fortnight to make Everton fans fall in love with him.
Grealish provided Everton with quality and composure through a game made tough by individual mistakes.
Had it not been for those errors - which frustrated Moyes - the Blues would have avoided a nail-biting finale.
