VETERAN MP Jeremy Corbyn urged the Your Party conference to "campaign forever more" for "real socialism" yesterday.

The former Labour leader opened the new political party's inaugural conference at Liverpool's Arena and Convention Centre, setting out its vision after a difficult start.

Mr Corbyn, who co-founded 'Your Party' with fellow former Labour MP Zarah Sultana, told the crowd it was up to the political party to give people a “sense of hope”. He told the room: “We have an amazing opportunity before us. Look at this hall absolutely full. Look at the people around the country that want this party to succeed.
